How we do business is as important as the business we do

If a situation doesn’t feel, sound or look right, then chances are it isn’t. Who do you ask? Where do you go? What do you do? There are many ways to get your answers. Veoneer employees should refer to the Code of Ethics for guidance. We encourage all employees at Veoneer to speak with their manager, Human Resources, Legal or Compliance and ask questions if they are unsure about a potential problem, or ethical issue. As a confidential option you are encouraged to use the Veoneer Helpline, which is hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to potential violations of our Ethics. At Veoneer, we prohibit retaliation for disclosing a concern in good faith.

The information you provide may be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis, if you should choose. You have our commitment that your comments will be heard.

Our Code of Ethics is a guide to support us in performing our work in an ethical and lawful manner throughout the world. It describes the principles of integrity that have defined our business and which I believe are critical to Veoneer’s culture. In addition, the Code provides us with helpful guidance and practical examples related to our daily challenges. We encourage all employees at Veoneer to speak with their Manager, Human Resources, Legal, or Compliance and ask questions if they are unsure about a potential problem or ethical issue. The Veoneer Helpline is a valuable tool that can be used to report a concern about a violation of our Code of Ethics or the law. Retaliation for reporting in good faith is always prohibited.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
